No. It prompts specific people to recognise a colleague, without a points economy.

Does it post messages automatically?

No. It never posts on anyone's behalf. It prompts the manager and the two closest collaborators, with a draft that references what the person actually did.

Which milestones does it detect?

Dates from the human resources system, and genuine milestones from project tools, such as a first shipped feature or a completed onboarding.
