What we do
Automatic, human recognition without a points economy. It reads the human resources system for dates and the project tools for genuine milestones such as a first shipped feature or a completed onboarding, and prompts the right specific people, the manager and the two closest collaborators, to say something real, with a draft that references what the person actually did. It never posts on anyone's behalf. Optional physical gifts, chosen by the recipient from a curated set, ordered and shipped automatically within a budget the company sets.
Who we built it for
People operations and office managers at 30 to 800 person companies, particularly distributed ones where the informal noticing that used to happen in an office no longer does.
