Automatic employee recognition
Nobody forgets a work anniversary, a birthday or a first shipped project again.
Milestify reads your human resources system and project tools, then prompts a person's manager and two closest collaborators to mark the moment, with a draft to start from. There is no points economy, and it never posts for anyone.
No account. No card. No sales call.
The problem
In a distributed company nobody notices anything.
Work anniversaries pass silently, a new hire's first month goes unmarked, and someone's fifth year gets a message from one person who happened to remember.
Recognition platforms cost a fortune, require adoption of a points economy nobody wants, and turn appreciation into an internal currency.
Who it is for
People operations teams
People operations and office managers at companies of 30 to 800 people.
Distributed companies
Companies where the informal noticing that used to happen in an office no longer does.

Milestify — milestone counter · 120 employees and 20 new hires a year · 212 milestones a year, about 4.1 a week · 127 of them pass unmarked Run it yourself: https://milestify.com
Method: anniversaries = employees - new hires a year, since people in their first year have none yet. Birthdays = employees x the share who want them marked. New-hire milestones = hires x the milestones marked for each. Unmarked = all milestones x the share not marked today. Gifts add 10 percent to the budget, and prompted recognition is $3 per employee a month. Every figure is your own estimate.
